Larry and his team did a major remodel on my home. Unlike other contractors, his pricing was fair, very responsive and he treats you like you’re family with respect. Kind of an a-la-carte type of remodeling which is where cost savings comes in. You supply the materials, they install with expertise. I call him when I need small jobs done too, he takes care of me. Most contractors wouldn’t take the time or money to care. Remodeling is done in between their new home build lull time so be aware that some projects may take longer than expected depending on how busy his team is at the time. As long as you don’t mind that, it’s worth it. Most of all, his team is personable, honest and very attentive to details
